The 36 new homes on Millet street, delivered with support from Homes England, stand on the site on a former car park site which has been welcomed by local residents’ keen to see the site brought back into use.

We arrived on site after the scaffolding was removed in order to carry out the finishing works, which involved the below duties:

• Installation of Hydro Break Inspection Chamber
• Installation of Kerbs
• Concrete slab with Brush finish
• Electrical Vehicle charging points Installed
• Paving Slabs around perimeter of building
• Levelling and supplying of Topsoil
• All drainage works tested and completed
• Installation of Street Lighting Columns
• Ducting/Chambers for EV Charging Points
• Tarmacadam to car park area
• Section 278 Works Completed
• Fencing Works
